Foundation, Build and Peak blocks, with beginner and intermediate tracks. Clear sessions include sets, reps, load guidance and exercise demonstrations.
Food that supports training
Shared strength-nutrition guidance on protein, fueling and recovery. Build practical food understanding without turning the challenge into competitive weight loss.
A shared rhythm
Weekly guidance, a short check-in and room to celebrate consistency. The focus is useful progress, not comparing bodies or lift numbers.
Progress you can see
Starting, midpoint and finishing re-tests use the same protocol. Compare your own results and reflect on what changed.
Community with a purpose
Daily Wins, Nutrition, Workouts and Q&A, plus your cohort’s own room. Coaching answers are batched; this is not private daily coaching.
A beginning and a finish
Kickoff guidance helps you get oriented. The close brings your progress together and helps you choose what comes next.
How the challenge unfolds
Start steady. Build deliberately. Finish with perspective.
Get ready
Review the plan, equipment, safety questions and starting measures. Pre-registration is designed to include general community access before the cohort begins.
Foundation
Learn the sessions and establish a repeatable training rhythm.
Build
Progress the work, check your recovery and use the midpoint review to notice what is changing.
Peak and reflect
Complete the final block and re-tests. Decide whether to continue with another Trials or explore individual coaching.
Exact dates and reviewed delivery resources will be shown for the available cohort. Your account does not automatically become a coaching subscription.

Coaching with Leslie
Strong is something you practice.
Leslie leads the coaching side of True Standard Fitness. The Goddess approach starts with how you see yourself, then connects that identity to practical strength training and a routine you can repeat.
The Trials brings women together around a shared program. The Forge adds a personal plan and closer coaching when that is the support you want.
Before you decide
Trials questions, answered.
What equipment do I need?
A gym membership, or a bench and free weights at home. The reviewed cohort program will show its exact exercise and equipment requirements before you begin.
Can I join as a beginner?
The planned program includes beginner and intermediate tracks. A quiz result describes your preferences; it does not establish medical suitability or replace the required safety review.
What if I miss a week?
The cohort follows a shared calendar. Use the community and weekly guidance to find your next practical step. Missing time does not create an automatic extension or individual catch-up program.
When would community access begin?
A confirmed pre-registration is designed to open the general rooms immediately. Your cohort room opens when that challenge starts. Your access is confirmed after a successful purchase.
What happens when the challenge ends?
You keep read access to your own completed cohort archive. Ongoing shared-room participation follows your next eligible enrollment. Joining another challenge or applying for coaching is your choice.
What is the refund policy?
The reviewed refund policy is shown with the current offer before payment, alongside the waiver and applicable clearance acknowledgment. Read those exact terms before deciding to buy.
What if I have an injury or a health concern?
Answer the safety questions accurately and obtain appropriate guidance before beginning new exercise. Owning content is not medical clearance. An injury does not erase your account or purchased history.
Can I choose individual coaching instead?
Yes, you can explore the Goddess Forge. Its application is a separate step and appears only when that workflow is open. Taking the quiz does not enroll you or commit you to either offer.
