Six ways to see your strength

Which one feels
like you?

You might value a clear plan, a target to chase, or time that belongs to you. The goddesses give those motivations a name. Your answers tell us where to begin.

Athena

The Strategist

You want a plan you understand and a reason behind the work.

Artemis

The Huntress

You value independence and a clear target of your own.

Hippolyta

The Queen

You're a steady presence for others. Your own training matters, too.

Atalanta

The Athlete

Seeing what you can do gives you something meaningful to work toward.

Demeter

The Provider

You're ready to make room for your own time and goals.

Cyrene

The Lioness

You want to feel physically capable and build confidence through practice.

These are motivational archetypes, not a personality diagnosis or a measure of your fitness.

Simple from the start

A little reflection.
A clearer direction.

Leslie's coaching starts with understanding the person doing the work. This quiz is a first step toward understanding your own training preferences and what support might help.

Your next step is your choiceSee the current Trials details or explore personal coaching with Leslie. Taking the quiz does not sign you up for either offer.
  1. Answer ten questions.

Choose what feels closest to you. We'll ask about your motivation, training experience and what has made consistency difficult.

  2. Meet your archetype.

See your archetype first. To save and open your full breakdown, you'll be asked for email and phone. Marketing texts are a separate, optional choice.

  3. Take one useful idea with you.

Read an explanation of your training style and a practical next step based on your answers. Your result also shows the current next step for the Trials and whether a reviewed starter plan is available.

to expect.

Who is this quiz for?

Adult women who want to build strength, feel more athletic, and understand what helps them stay consistent. You can be new to weights or already training. You'll need a gym membership, or a bench and free weights at home for the strength programs.

What will my result tell me?

Your answers identify a motivational training archetype, a possible gap such as structure or consistency, and practical suggestions for a next step. It is a reflection tool, not a diagnosis, fitness test or medical assessment.

Do I have to buy anything?

No. The quiz is free. It does not start a subscription or enroll you in a paid challenge. You can learn about the Goddess Trials separately when enrollment is available.

Why do you ask for email and phone?

You'll see your archetype before the contact step. Email and phone are required to save your full result; the email step requests a secure result link. Marketing SMS consent is separate and optional. Declining marketing texts does not block your result.

What are the Goddess Trials?

The Trials is TSF's twelve-week group strength challenge, with structured training, food education and community. See the current challenge details and availability. The optional Goddess Forge path offers one-to-one coaching with Leslie.

Does my result mean I'm cleared to exercise?

No. The quiz explores your preferences and experience. It cannot determine medical suitability or replace individual guidance. If you have pain, an injury or an exercise restriction, speak with an appropriate qualified professional before starting new training.
